De Motif Collections and its distributors/suppliers reserve the right to
restrict shipments to within the Continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. All orders must be placed with a residential ship-to address. Orders with P.O. Box, APO, or FPO shipping
addresses will not be processed. Any orders with shipping addresses outside the Continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii will not be processed. Few of our items
will not be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.
Orders are normally shipped within 2 to 3 business days of receipt. Freight costs are charged by "UPS Zone", and reflect a percentage of your order size.
Orders over $600 receive over 50% lower shipping rates. Shipping rates are estimates. We will notify you before shipping if your shipping
estimate is higher, however most orders are actually accurate, or slightly below the shipping estimate shown. Ships to US only.
Minimum shipping charge is $7.50
You are responsible to pay the shipping and handling charges for all products purchased from De Motif Collections, unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for these charges for shipments that are refused or returned for any reason. We are not
responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order,
or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
If stated with item " Shipping Calculation Required:" for ANY ODD SIZED OR EXCESSIVE WEIGHTED ITEMS, WILL REQUIRE A CUSTOM SHIPPING COST CALCULATION
FROM De Motif Collections.
THESE ORDERS WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL YOU HAVE APPROVED THE CUSTOM SHIPPING COST. De Motif Collections may not publish,
via the website, E-mail, traditional mail, phone, or fax, the shipping weights of items listed in our warehouses
because our suppliers may not provide it for us.
