     De Motif Collections Guarantee:

      If for any of the following rasons, you are not satisfied with an item from DeMotifCollections, please return the item for a full refund of its MERCHANDISE price or a prompt exchange WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
Please note shipping & handling charges will not be refunded.
Also for certain items 15% to 25% of restocking fee will be charged for all non-defective returns.

Reasons for Returns

* Defective/Damaged
* Supplier mis-shipment
* Supplier data Error

Return Orders:

1. You must ensure that merchandise is returned to receive proper credit.

2. Freight on merchandise being returned is to be prepaid by buyer.

3. All return must being issued within 30 days after received the shipment.

4. Merchandise must be returned in original manufacturer box, INSIDE an OUTER shipping box, with enclosed documentation and all parts. No returns or credit requests are accepted after 30 days of invoice/ship date.

5. Credit will be issued within 14 business days of receipt of merchandise

6. For any return due to Buyer Remorse or Wrong Item Ordered, a credited will be issues less a 25% restocking fee, freight, and handing charges.

7. If orders are duplicated or excess merchandise is shipped, you must contact DE MOTIF COLLECTIONS Customer Support.
